AutoOpts is an integrated part of AutoGen. Based on a very simple option description file, it will process configuration files, environment variables, command line options, text strings passed by client programs, and will make the results easily accessible to the client program. It will also produce a man page and the info-doc invoking section automatically.
autostatus is yet another network monitoring program. It was designed to be easy to use and configure, fast and efficient. The 'fast' and 'efficient' part is handled by making autostatus aware of network hierarchies, and avoiding checking a host or service when another host/service/link upon which it is dependent is unavailable. It exploits maximum parallelism during its checking to speed up monitoring.
AweMUD is a MUD server for use with fantasy-settings. Features include fully dynamic objects and characters, an advanced scripting system, and custom worlds. The engine will eventually have completely interactive rooms (items can be placed under benches, doors can be destroyed), complex magick, and interactive NPCs.
Belt is a foldable menubar that works somewhat like the "belt" found on the Mac. It reads a simple configuration files, uses XPMs for the buttons, and has a lot of options. While not as advanced as the similar applications found in GNOME or KDE, it is rather lightweight and intended primarily for use with windowmanagers that don't have easy dynamic configuration options, like wm2 for example.
BitchX is the premiere IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client. It originally was a modified version of the popular ircII client, and the features were eventually merged into the EPIC IRC client. The current development is aimed at merging the client back to a current branch of EPIC and bringing compatibility and stability back to the client, while bringing the features that are BitchX into a new client.
